The stay at Hoianese Hotel, Lip Lip Pool Villa offered some amazing aspects. The Deluxe Double Room featured a super spacious layout with extraordinarily comfy beds, which made it cozy for relaxation. I loved the bathroom with its powerful shower and consistently hot water. The complimentary coffee and tea options available throughout the day were a fantastic touch, as was the breakfast menu offering freshly made eggs. Staff, especially Sunny and Cherry, were outstanding. They provided exceptional service, accommodating requests and giving local tips that enhanced my visit. However, I encountered a major inconvenience regarding the limited sun loungers by the pool. During peak hours, it was hard to find a comfortable spot to relax. Additionally, while the breakfast options were enjoyable, I would have appreciated more local choices to immerse in the culinary culture. Overall, the hotel had fantastic components but could improve on certain amenities to enhance the experience further.

My stay was for a short visit to explore the charm of Hoi An, particularly the nearby Ancient Town and its vibrant culture. The rooms right by the pool were fabulous, and the cleanliness was consistently impressive. I really appreciated being able to extend my stay last minute for a late checkout, which allowed me to enjoy some extra time by the pool and take in more of the local attractions. Plus, the bikes offered at the property made it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.

During my stay, I had to change rooms unexpectedly due to an extension, which was a major inconvenience. I also found the limited sun loungers by the pool incredibly frustrating. there was not sufficient space for more, making it hard to relax by the pool. Additionally, breakfast options really fell short. I would have loved to see more authentic Vietnamese fare like xoi to appreciate the local culture.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff really stood out, especially Lee and Hannah, who were incredibly helpful in arranging my tours and giving great recommendations about the local cuisine. My room was spacious with a lovely shower that had great pressure. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee station and the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. However, the wifi could definitely use some improvement, as it tended to cut out frequently during my stay.

The bicycle rental was a highlight, allowing for an enjoyable ride through the scenic surroundings. However, being quite a distance from the ancient town makes walking there inconvenient, especially in the heat. Some amenities, like the pool loungers, were limited, often making it difficult to relax by the water during peak hours.

The staff was exceptional, offering helpful local tips and arranging fantastic tours. The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary towels at the pool. The vibe at the hotel made our stay extra special.
